User Agreement

Effective date: September 23, 2026

These terms govern use of omnirouter.li and its API and dashboard services. omnirouter.li is an independent project operated by Natsu in Morocco (“omnirouter”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Questions can be sent to contact@omnirouter.li.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.

Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password and API keys, controlling authorised access, and promptly notifying us of suspected compromise. Do not publish credentials or permit use that violates these terms.

2. The service

omnirouter provides a common interface for requesting supported AI models. Available models, capabilities, billing units, limits, and prices are described in the catalog and documentation. Feature support differs by model and endpoint; compatibility does not mean that every feature of every vendor API is supported.

Requests are routed through external providers. The provider serving a model may change, including through failover. Models, providers, capacity, response times, and availability can change. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, a specific provider, or a particular output.

We may add, change, or remove models and features. Where a change materially affects an ongoing paid service, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

3. Customer content and AI output

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You authorise us and the providers needed to fulfil your request to process that content to operate the service. Dashboard chat and optional debug capture can store content as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights and lawful authority needed to submit content, including personal information. Do not submit confidential or regulated data unless you have assessed the relevant provider, contractual, security, and legal requirements.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review outputs before using them, especially for decisions involving safety, health, law, finance, employment, credit, housing, education, or other significant effects. AI output is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Your rights in output can depend on applicable law and provider terms. We do not promise that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, or free of third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • violate applicable law or another person's rights;
  • obtain unauthorised access, steal credentials or confidential information, or distribute malware;
  • deliberately disrupt the service or bypass security, billing, rate-limit, or access controls;
  • distribute child sexual abuse material or other unlawful exploitative content;
  • conduct unlawful fraud, harassment, or deceptive impersonation;
  • submit content you have no right or lawful authority to process; or
  • use a model in violation of restrictions clearly presented for that model.

Security testing of omnirouter systems requires prior written authorisation.

We may restrict a request or account where reasonably necessary to address a serious violation, security threat, fraud, provider restriction, or legal obligation.

5. Prepaid credit and charges

Creating an account does not include free API usage. Usage is prepaid: you must add credit before making paid requests. There is no subscription or monthly minimum unless a separate offer clearly says otherwise.

The applicable catalog price and billing unit determine the charge. Different capabilities can use different billing units; not every request is necessarily billed only by text-token counts. Prices shown before a request can change for future requests. A request is charged using the price information applicable when that request is processed.

An estimated amount may be reserved from your balance when a request begins and settled when usage is recorded. If your available balance is insufficient, the request can be refused rather than queued.

Successful requests are billable. A client-cancelled request, including a streaming disconnect, is also billable for usage produced or incurred before processing stops. Disconnecting does not necessarily stop upstream processing immediately. Requests recorded as failed by the billing system are not charged, and associated reservations are released.

Purchased unused credit does not expire merely through the passage of time. A temporary reservation can expire or be released without affecting the underlying purchased balance.

6. Payments

Payments are completed through an external hosted checkout. The available payment methods, amount, and currency are shown during checkout. Payment-provider and network processing can involve fees, conversion, confirmation times, or limits outside our control.

Never send a cryptocurrency private key, seed phrase, account password, or complete API key to support.

If you believe a payment or usage charge is incorrect, contact contact@omnirouter.li with the relevant request or payment reference. We will investigate and provide any correction or remedy required by these terms or applicable law.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund of eligible unused purchased credit. We may verify the original payment, the remaining unused balance, unsettled usage, and your authority over the account before approving a refund.

Credit already consumed by correctly billed usage is not refundable merely because you no longer need the service or are dissatisfied with an otherwise properly supplied model response. This does not affect remedies for unauthorised, duplicate, erroneous, or legally defective charges or services.

Promotional or complimentary credit has no cash value unless an offer or applicable law states otherwise.

Refunds are made through the original payment route where supported and safe. Cryptocurrency refunds may require a verified compatible destination. We will not assume that an exchange deposit address or the sending address can safely receive a refund. The refund asset, amount, exchange-rate treatment, and network costs will be explained before processing where they differ from the original payment.

We do not add a discretionary administration fee. Unavoidable payment-provider or network costs may affect the amount returned only where disclosed and permitted by law.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within five business days and process approved refunds without unreasonable delay. Provider review and blockchain confirmation can affect when funds arrive.

Suspension does not automatically forfeit unused purchased credit. Valid charges, fraud checks, sanctions, payment disputes, and legal restrictions are handled on their facts.

Mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, and refund rights remain available where applicable.

8. Suspension, closure, and discontinuation

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unauthorised activity, security risk, payment problem, provider requirement, or legal obligation. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us for review.

You can request account closure through contact@omnirouter.li. There is currently no self-service closure control. Closure stops future authorised use but does not erase valid charges already incurred. Eligible unused purchased credit is handled under the refund section.

If we discontinue the service, we will use reasonable efforts to notify active customers and provide a way to request refunds of eligible unused purchased credit.

Account closure does not mean every record or backup disappears immediately. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and may be retained for billing, security, dispute-resolution, backup, or legal reasons.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Acknowledging that notice is not blanket consent to all optional analytics or unrelated processing.

If you submit personal information on behalf of another person or organisation, you are responsible for having the necessary authority and providing required notices. Contact us if you need to assess additional data-processing terms for your use case.

10. Service limitations and responsibility

We will provide the service with the care and skill required by applicable law. However, AI systems and external providers are probabilistic and can fail. You are responsible for deciding whether the service and each output are suitable for your use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when this agreement was made, or for losses caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control. We remain responsible where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or deliberate misconduct and any other non-excludable responsibility.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service, close the account, and request a refund of eligible unused purchased credit.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you under another applicable law. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes; consumers retain any right to bring a claim before a competent court available to them under mandatory law.

Before filing a claim, please contact contact@omnirouter.li so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a statutory complaint or dispute-resolution process.
